How to Upgrade an Account
This tutorial helps guide the user through the WLAN Controller account settings. This document will explain how to upgrade your account from the free default account – that only allows a maximum of 3 active devices, to a paid account that can allow all the way up to 300 maximum active devices.
After logging into your WLAN Controller account, click the Account tab.
From the Account tab, you will see your Account Summary. From here you will want to select the Subscription and Billing Details Tab.
The Subscription and Billing Details tab will show you the Current Subscription you have. The default subscription is FREE and if you have never upgraded before your menu will look like this:
In order for you to change your current subscription, you can click either of the two change buttons:
Both buttons will take you to the same menu, where you can choose the subscription to which you would like to upgrade to.
There are 4 options that you can upgrade too, or you can choose to keep your current subscription. In order to update your subscription, click on the red hyperlink marked “Select” in the same line as the service that you would wish to upgrade to.

You will then need to fill out all of the text fields with your billing information.
Then, click the “Change” Button at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to this page in the right hand side of the page.
Then proceed to press the “Submit” Button and you will be prompted with this message in the upper part of your screen.
You will also receive an E-Mail from email@example.com, confirming that you upgraded your subscription.
